所谓冰火两重天，是指入驻小区后，有几栋房的人老说见鬼，有染恶疾身亡的，还有坠楼而亡的；而有几栋的人却万事如意，财源滚滚。
这个小区原来是刑场。另外，小区外边老出车祸。

关键是不止一个人说，看见鬼。这个也算正常？以前住的那个小区，就没人说见鬼呢？
还有的人，本来体检好好地，搬进来没多久，就是癌症、白血病，一般都在搬进来半年内出重大疾病。
当然，也有人啥事没有，但我大致统计了一下，闹鬼生病的人都住那两三栋房子。
