百萬富翁: incompatibility with firefox 1.04?

Hello,
I have been experiencing distressing problems with 百萬富翁.  For some reason, it wouldn';t operate properly on Firefox 1.04.  I lost a whooping $1700 just because it kept participating in the game without my being able to control any of its functions.  Could anyone please advise? Thanks!
