请高手进来定个盘 万分感谢

我是帮一个朋友来定盘的 因为她搞不清楚 她是什么时辰生的
    这个盘能看出 去年她动手术了么 是妇科的 2月份动的

还有个是另个时辰的 她前 几天有人帮她算 说她今年有血光之灾 但是 她又不知道到底是哪个时辰  所以就到贵地求证下。。。下面这个盘是西时候的 上面的那个是戊时的
请问高人门 这个盘能看出 她去年动过手术么。。。或是今年有血光之灾呢

可是有大師說此盤24歲是酉時有災而非戍時哦,另外她的長相是小眼睛圓臉一點也不像七殺入命,頭發也是柔軟稀疏這些都不合七殺入命哦
