If you still work, try to change department or type of responsibility. Else, not so encourage to change work for this year.
Of course, it does have way to change the situation. one of them is>>>>you can try to look into the job offer from foreign company throught internet, this will help you as well.
When you do have a reply from these type of company, do talk with cautious with them. This help you to increase your rate of success in new job.
