是否適合出國工作

<P><FONT size=4>本人目前任職於大型上市公司，工作自民國88年工作至今已9年，工作性質為人事行政，內勤工作，工作地點離住家也僅30分鐘車程。 <BR>工作期間曾兩次想換工作但都因緣際會不巧所以沒換成。 <BR>這個工作做到現在已經有點厭倦，本人又有異動的想法，明年「可能」的異動有三： <BR>1.接受公司外派的安排，到大陸子公司繼續擔任人事工作，因外派薪水會比現在好。 <BR>2.去朋友位於東南亞的小公司，擔任行銷開發業務的工作，因到公司小，初到時薪水可能比現在差。 <BR>3.繼續待在現職，做著類似的工作.....悶 <BR>請問應該做怎樣的選擇？請大師們釋疑</FONT> <BR></P>
