老師的三種境界
王國維《人間詞話》形容成大事業者必有三種不同境界:
一. 獨上高樓望盡天涯路.
二. 衣帶漸寬終不悔,唯衣消得人憔悴.
三. 驀然回首,那人正在登火欄柵處.
這說明了成事業者,有三種截然不同的境界,高低起落,悲歡離合,而作為老師者也有三種境界:
一. 「要爭」,要爭取教曉學生,懂得知識真貌.
二. 「與爭」,要與學生共同交流討論,讓學生有自我拓展才能.
三. 「無爭」,要盡讓學生知識超越老師,所謂「物不至者則不反」,只有這條定律,學生自然聰敏,勤奮,就會超越老師.作為人師者放開胸襟,對待學問,學問不是求富貴,是薪火的延續!這是作為人師的基本價值.

Three Realm of a Master
Wang Guowei in his ‘Ren Jian Ci Hua’ described that a successful person should possess three different realms:
1. Be at the pinnacle to oversee the other end of the road
2. Don’t regret when you are pushed to the cliff regret only you are haphazard
3. The barricades or hurdles cannot be avoided
This is vividly the process of a successful person that one must endeavor. The three realms of vicissitudes with ups and downs, sadness, happiness separation and togetherness cannot be avoided. And as a Teacher, the three realms as follow:
1. To fight-to teach the crux and essence of knowledge
2. Fight together-exchange view and discussion that lead students to tap into their inner potential
3. No fight-let the students knowledge of skills surpass the teacher, to lead the way and path to higher level or next platform. Knowledge is not about seeking wealth, is about to passing the torch fire. This is the fundamental value of a teacher.[/hide] |
