因為閣下問的是財運與感情，且閣下是自行創業，所以取夫妻宮官祿宮為主要判斷宮位，閣下財運必須要事業發展好才能有收穫，否則必然是要虧損的，因此整個重點在夫妻宮和官祿宮，疾厄宮是官祿宮的田宅宮，表示經營場所辦公室或是工廠等，閣下目前大限戊午天機化忌引動生年忌，形成雙忌沖夫妻宮，又是大限的疾厄宮，夫妻宮又是疾厄宮，宮位重疊顯示的意思就是夫妻不合，連帶影響到公司內部經營狀況，戊午貪狼化祿入本命疾厄宮與生年形成雙祿照大限夫妻宮，開始於雙祿照大限夫妻宮，終結於雙忌沖本命夫妻宮，表示開始於閣下想要成功出人頭地，所以自行開公司創業，判斷在經營決策過程中，尊夫人可能有不同意見因此引起衝突，終結於因家庭不和無法繼續經營。

事實上本人是與另一人合作經營.....公司情況還可以的.只是不太穩定..另外我的夫人是不理會我工作上的事..所以好像也沒有任何事情干預我....但我們會因生小朋友而有些分歧.....希望老師再作分析! 萬分感謝

如果是跟朋友合夥，交友宮和子女宮就是重點宮位，本命子女宮甲子太陽化忌，大限子女宮太陰化忌，與大限天機化忌形成三忌沖本命夫妻宮，大限疾厄宮，同時夾大限命宮與大限福德宮，看起來也不適合跟朋友合夥。
另外創業的話兄友線也是關鍵宮位，兄友線可以看事業的發展和業績，本命兄友線七殺空劫等星表示創業維艱，需要歷盡監辛，大限兄友線太陽祿存本來是算好的格局，但是因為子女宮讓太陽化忌，表是朋友的事業不利於此時跟你合夥。一點淺見，請閣下參酌。
