in my opinion it doesn't really matter buy low sell high or buy high sell higher because it's totally depended on how the market goes. i think for less risk we should not buy any single stock as the bear market is still going on.what we should do is to load up all cash to protect the capital and wait untill the bottom is confirmed or comsider buying options instead of trading stocks during short term rebound.
