【求教】限年羊陀夹忌该怎么化解？

第三大限田宅羊陀夹忌，2010年已经很惨了，眼看2014流年命宫又要到羊陀夹忌的位置，还是三个忌撞倒一起，请问该怎么化解？或者注意些什么呢？<br />

谢谢大大，说实话，事业很惨，2010，2011连续失业两次了，2010年做生意刚开始就失败，被骗了，女朋友也跑了，还遇上抢劫，身体刑伤也有，然后一堆烂桃花……我觉得人生黯淡爱……今年都无心工作，每天在家休养，身体不太舒服，担心2014和2016以及2018……不知如何是好……
