反馈：是 的我心里是想换。毕竟现在所在单位薪资太不尽人意，其次是相关重要技术人员走了，没师傅带我，感觉学不到什么东西了。


因为许多客户全都被那家新公司挖走了， 眼前公司销售业绩大滑   ，这也是我担心的因素。  但公司资金比较雄厚，应该是比较稳定。
  

而心里想去的那家新公司薪资可能会高一点，我所难抉择就是：应该留下来有前途呢还是去那家新公司有前途呢？
