永兄可知，八字中除了食神伤官外，有的时候官杀也主学历。

贵子之造原局之意在于丑（印库）制取未库（食神伤官库）

但已土七杀高透无制，此其1，但此其1，并不是说学习上不去的主要原因。

贵子之造，目前恰行辛已大运
辛运，为丑库虚透，辛运学业难以突破是因丑制不了未，而已火运已丑拱印，已泄于丑，
所以就此已火运来说，已火会变化，
因此不久的将来几年，令郎必然学业有所突破。

令郎七杀难制，要甲运，伤官合杀为原局祛病之良机，前运还有较多挫折

我认为此造读书成绩不那么好是庚金根气微薄，是原因之一，但庚金也不算太弱，所以不是主要问题。主要是领悟和发挥问题，所以喜食伤，也增加其进取心。
