太准了，高手就是不一样，说的完全正确！！太佩服了。那我应该怎么办呢？有什么办法能化解一下呢？我的房子还没装修，想明年开春装修，请高手指点一下，装修得时候应该注意些什么，怎么才能化解以上的问题呢？小弟在此不胜感激了。
