小弟在鼻翼旁有個黑痣, 是有點肉上有黑痣

想問各先進老師是否是不好的痣

因有朋友說會破財

小弟想知道是不是要點掉?

鼻翼旁黑痣點掉了.或許會更好.
但內心理的黑痣沒有跟著點掉.貪圖非義之財一樣存在.
