Master,

I will have phone interview today from Germany - Sales Director. I will tlak to him around 5:00pm

But after talking to Hong Kong GM, she told me my job is product manager responsible product & sales development, sales follow up, schedule.
Compare to my job now, it seems more work load and harder.

So if this company really give me offer, I go or not go?

Besides, don't get too excited when have phone interview. He is testing your ability to cope with environment when talk to customer.
Just takes him as a customer who you want to get sales from.........think of $$$$$$$$$$$$

Hello! Master,

I am waiting his phone on Monday, I think this phone interview I did very well.
But what he said about the job is different to what Hong Kong GM told me, anyway I think he satisfied of my phone skill.

So if I have his confirmation, I go because basic salary is higher!
But I feel sorry to my boss if I go.

It is happy to hear this.
Life is like this, when you are doing well, you got a lot of people around.
But when life is up side down, we must be brave to face it and optimistic, cause you will know that everyone is almost stay away from you.
Every reversal effect will bring us a new change and a second chance.
So, it is not to feel sorry to your boss, if you are useless to him, you are out from his sight long ago.

很久沒更新資料了.
在新公司上班已3星期, 上星期是最忙的,因外國的上司及客戶都來了开会,真要命.
这一年來的財運都是財來財去.事业在新年後已是第3份工了.

新工作会有危机嗎? 会被炒嗎?

2009年事业及財運会比今年更好嗎? 我也快生日了,所以命運是否会有轉変?

德語聽説很難學,但我会去找學校看看.
决定後回覆大大.

找了好几间学校都已過了开班时间.最快都是明年初才能学了.

我在新公司裏工作差不多有2个月了,发現公司裏制度很煩復,同事也是很保障自己......
學德語後會有什么改変呢?

经济不好，又闹裁员，人人都先保护自己。能收的功夫就不放，大企业内更是常见，不足为惧。
多一实用之器，是加快与国际舞台挂钩及不恐无立足之地。
