此女与同事过马路被摩托车撞到，幸好伤势不太严重，但都要休息半个月左右，能否拿到应得赔偿？

头部伤口缝了7针，8.5公分伤口。全身多处擦伤，流了许多血...

其实也不想打官司，手续麻烦。只想对方赔偿医药、误工等相关费用。
但对方肯出的赔偿很少，所以还拖着。
不知此事发展如何，能否拿到相应赔偿？[Ylei_Au08]
