其實，師所言正敲中愚之心坎！愚從事法律實務工作7年，曾為親身經辦案件，挑戰判例見解（台灣的判例，係經特別遴選，宛如聖旨，有拘束下級法院之效力），因該判例允有迴護財團之嫌，愚於該案向法官沉重呼籲法律人應有風骨，該判例見解顯有可議，不應淪為法匠而曲從，惜仍敗訴……於今混沌之世，公平正義之路走來孤單，所見所及之法官律師，於功名成就後多已迷失，愚因堅不染淤泥而失業，是對抑錯？是智或愚？諒天理簿上會有評刻…… >>>>中正之道
