No helper this month to solve your problem, either the mentioned offer comes and you go or your intermediate boss out to resolve. In fact, you got a good career life but your strong belief or not easy to compromise character which disturbs you; this is a kind of two sided knife, which you foresee the outcome which others can't but they reluctant to accept your saying, then, of course you won't compromise on thing and hence misunderstanding occurs.

when I saw that " strong belief and not easy to compromise character" , i almost cry, yes, i do understand  if I am stubborn, the problems always existing in my life. In this matter , the same problem disturbed me. but it's hard to be balance for me.I will try to learn well.thanks for your reminder.I will try to be tolearated in any case.though it's not my style.but I am so tired for changing jobs or something.

I am sorry , i have no confidence to choose the right job anymore.

I mean those job related to MNC from Overseas or Foreign MNC which comes to you before mid July. This is good for you.

7 months from now means the period of time that you still have to choose the Mr Right.

I got a opportunity from foreign company, should i accept it? I have a little confustion that the position is a contract one.but the pay is not bad, my mother told me get it , but i don't believe her, cause whatever i get , she always said get it . she don't want me in a jobless situation, of course , who want to be? but i am tired of  looking for job, so , the next job must be best in my mind.

Are you jobless now?
I thought that you are still working in the company which you just changed.
If contractual work and the company is well known world wide, you can consider to take up the offer.
Else, it is better to hang on and look for others.

yesterday is my last day worked for the last company. fortunally, i got  opportunities, there are foregin company ( contract) and local company ( big company), but I just consider which one is the best for me. yes, I do understand I had better hang on and look for the next one. but I said quit was under the angry situation =.= i confess that i lost my head ......

Is the local company handling overseas account or other provinces account?
If yes, you can take up the job.
The offer to you should be Head of Department or something important position(involves leadership).

Dear, both the current opportunities I got do not involves oversea account, even the foreign company (contract) ,I only need to check personal expenses ....that's the point I consider. should I take it? check employees' expenses...

I do not dare say how my talent is ,  in fact , I don't want to wast my time to do those things, eventhoug, the manager told me the position will be promoted after 5 years, untill they retired, I just evaluate how deep I can learn in this position? and how long I can stay here , it just a contract, I could be fired anytime.   another opportunity is a local company. the content of positon is 傳票審核,帳務管理,與投資公司對帳,決算分析, how about your opinion? but this company is kind of complicated, there are too many relatives, you know , i don't like to flatter the fellows or boss or their relatives, it's embarrass!

Then, I suggested that you keep looking.
The first one, wait until 5 years, let me ask you, "How many 5 years do you have? Why not use the time for daring try?"

But I have to consider that in the economic depression, how lucky I am can get a job
