The Great Master of Dao
Preface
HeavenlyStems endorsed the Year of Snake (2013), and the blossoming of the yellowchrysanthemum in autumn (fall) signifies celebration of the sages’ teachings.Many generations have come and gone, yet Dao, being eternal, has remained. Onecan recollect that Laoji left West Valley, leaving behind 5,000 words that arestill as alive as they were in the ancient times. Daoism texts, books andscriptures discuss a wide range of significant and insignificant topics, someof them barely. The content and context of these manuscripts have rarely beentranslated into other languages to benefit non-Chinese speaking people. It isheartening to know that one of my disciples Kerby Kuek, who is well-versed inthe Chinese metaphysics and is relentlessly pursing Dao, has authored thismeaningful book after exhaustive research. This book will be released in theYear of Horse (2014) to benefit all mankind.

為義書作弁文：
呂祖仙師降
天序癸巳，菊蕊秋黃，是歡聖教之穎顯，昭隆萬世，道氣長存，遡自老聖西出函谷而遺言五千迺至今世者，道書道籍廣義包涵幾無微而不至者也，包羅萬有，洋洋大觀而能從文演義萬教揚揄神儀奥理，並以多種語文而普及華洋者實罕且稀是也。今教之彥士，本仙之賢徒郭氏翹峰力著義書以倡道版本行世殊多，賢徒精宏地理廣涉玄風，嶺南鑪峯之異士也，其揚道宏理之心昭昭，其書說教演義發微且能流通於俗，是書成於仲秋而發版於甲午，必能一新讀者之耳目矣，本仙嘉勉並筆走一小序哉！
