象曰：雷雨作，解。君子以赦過宥罪。
一徑西南別是家，秋風吹謝滿園花。
經輪又釣長江畔，若獲佳魚憂自賒。
本是龍門客，年來始跨鯨。
瀛洲留不住，金殿綴公卿。
初爻訣：無咎。
象曰：剛柔之際，義無咎也。
萬物從春發，一書遙送來。
舊愁將遠盡，新喜始方回。
黑雲籠月桂，欲攀攀不得。
終後見團圓，時不定嗟惻。
二爻訣：田獲三狐，得黃矢，貞吉。
象曰：九二貞吉，得中道也。
獲狐遂得矢，貞吉往優遊。
一箭射直遠，佳人在水頭。
萬水波濤靜，一天風月清。
利名無阻障，行客出重關。
三爻訣：負且乘，致寇至，貞吝。
象曰：負且乘，亦可醜也，自我致戌，又誰咎也？
小人當負荷，乘馬反為憂。
自我招戎寇，雖貞亦致羞。
喜極怨還生，雖憂不足行。
二二逢九數，水畔舞人乘。
指實無實，兩三勞役。
到了還休，無繇端的。
四爻訣：解而拇，朋至斯孚。
象曰：解而拇，未當位也。
萬里風波泛小舟，相將達岸赴蓬人。
之人宜涉親攜手，觸目繁華處處鮮。
解散群邪黨，朋來正直人。
信誠相應接，災散福來臻。
泛泛一孤舟，飄然何處遊。
若逢人與虎，名利一時休。
五爻訣：君子維有解，吉。有孚於小人。
象曰：君子有解，小人退也。
一信自西至，佳音有祿來。
解中終得吉，進用莫疑猜。
牛解借刀，衣剝借力。
霧卷雲收，一輪紅日。
險難今消散，雲開見日明。
自然無阻隔，何事不光亨。
上爻訣：公用射隼，于高墉之上。獲之，無不利。
象曰：公用射隼，以解悖也。
藏器於身久，高墉可獲禽。

量力而行、通达明理之雷水解
解，利西南。无所往，其来复吉。有攸往，夙吉。
《周易》第四十卦：以热情宽厚处世有利。如寻找发展无去处，理智地与世无争便吉祥；如果有发展的合适去处，以火土般的热情宽厚早点前往有利。

解卦上边是震，是雷，下卦是坎为水，“雷水解”卦象的意思是雷在水中，解是消除、化解，是指做人的道理，在于把某种很高期值的执着欲望降下来，安于做一个与世无争的本分人。
解型人下卦为坎为水，这是一种冷漠的水性人格，这样的人要寻求发展，在性格上不要太冷，应当以热情包容的火土处世，这就是“利西南”的含义。西南是八卦方位，代表热情包容的火土属性。从卦象上看，解卦由小过变来，小过刚爻的推移可以有两个方向，一是往上，一是来下。往上可变蹇卦，蹇卦是“利西南”，解卦又是蹇卦的倒象，即蹇上下颠倒过来为解，所以解卦是“利西南”。蹇是难，解是难到过来，走向反面而变得平易。这就告诉我们，世上的事物都是循着自己的规律波浪式前进的，有高潮就有低谷，人生的艰难谁都经历过，但山再高，也是人的脚下物，水愈险，正好是冲浪的好去，关键是认识自己，消除和化解自己身上先生性格是的缺陷。
在人生的道路上，人人都想有所作为，这种执着的理想欲望，激荡在我们胸中就如天上滚动的雷，但是生而为人，要善于求“解”，前行如果没有合适的发展机会，就回到平淡处世的境界中来，  不要是雷就轰鸣，是电就闪击，这就是“无所往，其来复吉”。如果有合适地发展机会，就早一点去有利，夙：早。

上年年尾行三爻之数,反缋一下.
第三爻即六三：负且乘，致寇至，贞吝。“背著东西而乘车，招致寇盗来抢，占问有艰难。”
（肩扛着沉重的东西，却又坐在华丽的大车上，由于地位和身份不相称，必然招来强盗。因而，即使他能够坚守本分，其结果也决不会好的。） 　
如果做了一个与世无争的懒人,其结果当然不会好.
没做过什么地位和身份不相称的事.

第三爻是主卦的上爻，代表主方的态度，
阴，表示主方态度随和。主方像是背负着包袱乘马，
结果招致像客方这样的行动积极的强盗来；坚持下去主方会吃亏的。

是佣金诉讼,
上年年初开始,我在勞工處诉讼我老板.
老板在勞工處随便还了我一点,勞工處员工便结束了案件.
我在政府投诉處投诉勞工處员工,
投诉處也發現她處理案件程序是有问题,
今年年初重新發案,我们大家不同意付款数目.
本来现在是在庭审處理案件,但是就是没消息.

小玄子老師,
解卦有务必宽以待人，以柔致治，广交贤者，遣散小人的意思.是指这事.
事业,当准备就绪则应立即行动，争取主动，不可拖廷，所往必有功利?
