先生您好:  她小學是很聽話,成績也理想.她11歲後脾氣才開始變差的.但上中
          學後脾氣更差,成績一落千丈,做甚麼也很馬虎. 她與本人常常有爭
          執.但現時升上中二,她依賴性高和沒有進取心,做事馬馬虎虎敷衍
          了事,不積極和不聽勸告.請問她是否不是讀書的材料呢?本人不是
          要她成鳳.但基本的讀書態度要明確呀!她是否還還有甚麼方法能
          令她清晰有進取心和專心呢?有勞先生指示.萬分感激!

You need to associate your daughter with good friends.  Her friends have big influence on her.  A lot more than you or anyone in the family.
Also, you have to try to motivate her.  It seems like she has goals but does not want to put in effort.
Your daughter has strong character, it won';t work if you want to go tough.  You can try to reward her according to her effort.
