其實小弟今次搵屋...好清楚明白到原來真係好盤難搵....本身諗住租栢惠豪園5座49D...
點知業主唔放盤....跟住睇5座一樓...又睇3座57樓A...最後睇2座47樓D...
本身諗住聽取奧兄建議...租3座57樓....點知又俾人租咗...
好喇...諗住等下喇...點知今朝業主打嚟...話叫小弟8月10日要走(最後講到14號)...因有人買咗我住緊個單位....
跟住再問地產經紀有無其他算....佢地話除咗2座47樓D..之外...其仔盤都唔係我想要既向...
結果就租咗2座47樓D....唉...心知唔係最好...
1)大堂同露台氣口好似差D...
2)一入門口走廊位因外面電梯影響...磁場大...缺角

因此今次呢個小弟已租之單位...詳盡放上嚟..睇下各位弟兄可唔可以俾意見小弟..睇下可唔可以化煞催旺此單位...
1)電梯缺角位點化呢?
2)露台位點用呢?
3)單位有咩旺位可催旺及有咩位要化...??
4)放什麼物品呢??
5)床位方向點向呢??
6)小弟另一邊單位12號交樓...12--14號3日..邊日同什麼時間可搬呢...小弟屬豬...女友屬雞..(兩個都屬8白土)

既然租了，可否影多幾張室內相，因見到一張都覺上手住得幾好！

既然租了，可否影多幾張室內相，因見到一張都覺上手住得幾好！

上一手係住得幾好保持得好好......一個女仔...係埋間屋做生意....細房用嚟幫人做美容....
不過如要再影相...睇怕要搬入去先得喇....成日煩個租客...好似唔係幾好咁...

無單位是完美的，尤其是大型屋苑，除了影室內相外，最好有內籠尺寸！(每個間隔)
