依你提供的时间来看，转换成地方时为丑时，父亲口才不错，而你的个性不是内向而是实在，求学时是努力学习的学生，只是不懂变通取巧，学业有些吃力，但过去两年，学业明显进步，今年恐怕是因心情欠佳，受他人影响，而欠专心，学业发挥不好，考上的大学或有不理想，但不至于没大学可读。

如果是寅时出生，令尊则是一个直率之人，容易语带不雅，爆粗之意。令堂属贤妻良母敦守妇道，不喜欢寻人话家常、说闲话。而且家境略差，令尊工作较为辛苦，属蓝领工人般。至于你的学业，少时较好，中学后不专心，每多情绪波动。今年的考运，恐怕与你所想相差不大，但以现代教育的普及，建议你应争取一下，鹤立鸡群，也算不错吧。依运程而言，你的经济独立能力还不成熟，还是多读些书。

我不清楚香港的教育情况，仅以通常的教育入学来看，学校有高低之别，重点高等院校难入，那可入普通院校。过于年轻就入社会工作，不值得提倡，此不必算命。
